Record Tunes primarily focuses on labels and catalog owners while also supporting eligible independent artists and music creators. Access to release services is subject to applicable review and requirements.
Before submitting a release, you must have the necessary rights, permissions and authority for the sound recording, composition, artwork, metadata and other material supplied to Record Tunes.
Artist names, track titles, contributors, songwriter information, label information, release dates, artwork, ownership information and other metadata must be accurate and complete.
Submitted content may be reviewed for rights, metadata, quality, policy compliance and other release requirements. Record Tunes may request corrections or additional documentation before processing.
New label applications are subject to internal review and approval is not automatic. Factors may include channel history, catalog strength, previous activity, content quality and other internal criteria.
The general processing range is approximately 24 hours to 15 days. Timing depends on the release, information supplied, checks required and third-party processing.
Record Tunes operational support and processing are closed on Saturday and Sunday. This may affect the processing timeline of releases submitted around the weekend.
A release may be delivered to third-party digital platforms or services where applicable. Those platforms may apply their own content, metadata, review and availability requirements.
Submission to Record Tunes does not guarantee approval, publication, placement, continued availability or acceptance by any third-party platform.
If a release contains incorrect metadata, missing information or another issue, Record Tunes may request corrections before processing or continuing with the release.
Record Tunes may restrict or request removal of content where there is a valid rights complaint, policy violation, legal concern, inaccurate information or applicable third-party requirement.
Users must not submit content that they do not have authority to use, or content that is unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, misleading or otherwise prohibited by applicable requirements.
Repeated rights problems, inaccurate submissions, policy violations or other misuse may affect the user's ability to submit future releases and may result in account or release restrictions.
Record Tunes may suspend, restrict or terminate access where permitted by the applicable Terms, User Agreement and policies, including serious or repeated non-compliance.
You remain responsible for your music, rights, metadata and submissions. Using Record Tunes does not transfer responsibility for the accuracy or legality of the information you provide.
Where the applicable arrangement provides for revenue sharing, the stated share is 70% to the user and 30% to Record Tunes. Revenue is based on actual reported earnings and applicable conditions.
The current minimum payout threshold is ₹50, subject to applicable reporting, verification, account eligibility and payout requirements.
Release and policy questions can be raised through the available Record Tunes email and Telegram support channels during operating periods.
Record Tunes may update this policy when necessary. Users are responsible for following the current applicable requirements when submitting or managing releases through the platform.
