1. Voluntary Use
Using Record Tunes is voluntary. You may decide whether our platform and services are appropriate for your music, label or catalog.
2. Agreement to Follow the Rules
If you choose to use Record Tunes, you agree to follow the applicable Terms & Conditions, this User Agreement, release requirements and published Record Tunes policies.
3. Rights & Authority
You must have the necessary rights, permissions and authority for every recording, composition, artwork, metadata item and other material you submit. Do not upload material you are not authorized to use.
4. Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate artist, label, contributor, ownership, release and payout information. You must update information when it becomes inaccurate or incomplete.
5. Release Submission
Users may submit release information and content through the available Record Tunes workflow. Submission does not guarantee approval, delivery, publication or acceptance by a third-party platform.
6. Review & Approval
Releases and label applications may be reviewed for rights, metadata, quality, catalog, compliance and operational requirements. Record Tunes may request additional information before accepting a submission.
7. Label Approval
New label approval is not automatic. Review may consider channel history, catalog strength, previous activity, content quality and other internal review criteria.
8. Release Processing
The general processing range is approximately 24 hours to 15 days, depending on the release, required checks, information provided and third-party processing. This is an estimated range, not a fixed guarantee.
9. Operating Days
Record Tunes operational support and processing are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend closures may affect processing timelines.
10. Revenue Sharing
Where the applicable arrangement provides for revenue sharing, the standard stated share is 70% to the user and 30% to Record Tunes. Actual revenue depends on reported earnings and applicable conditions.
11. Payout
The current minimum payout threshold is ₹50, subject to applicable revenue reporting, verification, account eligibility and payout requirements.
12. Content Responsibility
You remain responsible for the legality, ownership and accuracy of material submitted through the platform. You must not submit infringing, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise prohibited material.
13. Takedown & Corrections
Record Tunes may request corrections or take action on a release where there is a rights complaint, policy issue, inaccurate information, legal concern or third-party platform requirement.
14. Suspension
Record Tunes may suspend or restrict an account, label, release or service where required by applicable rules, including suspected abuse, rights concerns, repeated non-compliance or other valid operational reasons.
15. Termination
Access to Record Tunes may be terminated where the applicable Terms, User Agreement or policies permit termination. Obligations that accrued before termination may continue to apply.
16. Support
Record Tunes provides available support through email and Telegram. Support is intended for platform, release, policy and related service questions and does not guarantee approval of a request.

and the policies applicable to your account or release. A specific written
agreement may contain additional terms that apply to your particular arrangement.
17. Third-Party Platforms
Music releases may involve third-party digital platforms and services. Their review, processing time, acceptance, rejection, availability or removal decisions are outside Record Tunes' direct control.
18. No Guaranteed Revenue
The stated revenue share does not guarantee a particular amount of earnings. Revenue depends on actual activity, third-party reporting, applicable deductions, adjustments and other relevant conditions.
19. Policy Changes
Record Tunes may update its policies, procedures and operational requirements when necessary. Users are responsible for reviewing applicable published policies when using the platform.
20. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Users should review that policy before submitting personal information.
