If you wish to request takedown of any songs you have released, a takedown fee will apply. If you request takedown of more than two (2) songs in one calendar month, your user account may be blocked for a period of three (3) months.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive or unprofessional behavior. The following actions may result in your account or label being suspended for three (3) months or more:

• Forcing takedown of a song outside of the proper procedure
• Takedown requests from third parties due to copyright or intellectual property infringement
• Use of offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language toward our staff or partners
